Insurance & Billing

As part of our launch, our clinic is currently finalizing insurance credentialing. During this time, all insurance and billing services are being processed through our franchise partner, Prime Health Physical Therapy.

Patients are still able to use their insurance benefits, and our team is here to assist with any questions related to coverage or billing. Once our credentialing is complete, we will transition to managing billing and insurance in-house.

Referral & Authorizations

Some insurance plans may require a physician referral or pre-authorization. Our front desk team will help coordinate all necessary documentation.

Out-of-Pocket & Self-Pay Options

No insurance? No problem. We offer competitive self-pay rates and can create flexible payment plans to fit your budget.
